set your tivo!

I'm pretty sure I haven't been this excited about any television event since Screech and Lisa actually kissed on Saved By The Bell. Believe me, this video is worth your 62 seconds, and if the documentary is half as good as the preview, then those 11 hours will be well worth your time too.

ditto to the above commentor. I saw the producers of this on the Today show this morning and immediately thought of calling the cable company to see if I could by cable for just the hour that this show was on for the next few weeks! maybe they'll put it out on dvd.

Well, even before I read your post, I had our DVR set to record. If you've watched the Discovery Channel at all in the last month, you've seen these previews over and over.

Anyway, we watched the first of the 3 episodes that came on last night.
It was good. It was very pretty and the cinematography was great.

The only "negative" was that they were obviously very impressed with themselves about these shows. Every couple of minutes the narrator would say something like ... "Now for the first time on film you can see ..." or "Now thanks to advances in super high speed photography you can see ..." or "Now since this is the most amazing thing you've ever seen on any show ever in your whole life ..."
(Not really on that last one)

Anyway it was a good show.

They're on the DVR if you want to come to Bryan and watch 'em.
